Rally Report from Welcome Deaf campers (WDC) – October/November 2024
Hertfordshire & Essex
There was a bridge between the pub and campsite, we walked over this bridge is located on the border between Herefordshire and Essex, along the River Lea.
Some members brought the Celebration Halloween with spooky decorations with hanging pumpkin poster, bat, a big spider, skeleton bones, led Halloween lights and inflatable large pumpkin balloon to make a great atmosphere & entertainment.

There was a bridge between the pub and campsite, we walked over this bridge is located on the border between Herefordshire and Essex, along the River Lea.
Before arrived the Riverside Inn from the campsite, around three minutes walked, there’s a weir pool with bridge with a hydraulic jump visible as the water exits the weir slope and enters the pool.
A charming country inn ideally
for gain together socially with a dog friendly.
They played a “London Transport” Quiz
was organised by Stefan.
Some of them visited to Hertford offers a unique and varied experience; many independent shops its historic ambience alongside a range of well-known high street names, many housed in historic buildings.

Gazebos on a riverside
Nowhere else in Britain can you find so many gazebos along a single riverside, we walked along the scenic Lea River along Ware.

Disaster – of course, it’s so funny!
Other members walked around the local fields, one of them has an absolute nightmare walking down the muddy path reaching his knee – good thing his footwear stills with him out of the deep mud.

Saturday 2nd November 2024
WDC’s AGM
On the Morning of Saturday, before the AGM started,
we congratulated Stefan Chachulski
becomes a new Vice-President of DCCCuk.

The WDC’s AGM went well with 35 minutes
to approved the elected the WDC official which are;

To continue the site booking.
One day they finally win over whatever challenges.
This famous water was host to the London 2012 Olympic Games with a brilliant facility with loads of activities, parking and places to sit and eat.
Amazing to find gallons of fun at Lee Valley White Water Centre, from white water rafting on the Olympic course to anyone paddling on their water.
To follow the evening,
they continued enjoyable at the Fish & Eels Pub

We met up a gain together before we went to have their Sunday English Breakfast before we all went home.
