is the world-famous, historic home of the anvil wedding and has been at the centre of
runaway love, since the Marriage Act of 1754.

Only 3 miles away from us in Eastriggs
is the Devil’s Porridge museum which is very popular with our visitors.
Nothing to do with breakfast it is the story of the munitions workers supporting WW1.
Further on along the Gretna tourist route is the lovely town of Annan.
Lots of local independent shops and a lovely riverside walk awaits you.

The ice cream is made there and only sold there and is first class.
